Last Tuesday, April 13, 2021, the KSI community met virtually to participate in the conversation A new constitution: everyone’s responsibility! with the organization Panama Decide.
This citizens’ movement was born and exists with the sole purpose of promoting the Parallel Constituent Assembly. Its purpose is to initiate the process for a Parallel Constituent Assembly making, first, the formal request before the Electoral Tribunal and, subsequently, promoting the attainment of approximately 581 thousand signatures required to convene it.
