Service for children on Yom Kippur

On Yom Kippur night last Wednesday, September 15, 2021, the children of the congregation attended the children’s service, where they played, sang and shared together.

The children enjoyed a story that encouraged them to work and talk about the meaning of forgiveness. The older ones talked about the reflection we do between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur and played a trivia game to test their knowledge of the Yamim Noraim.

All the children also enjoyed a dramatization by Morah Ruthy and the madrichim of Noar of a story based on the book of Jonah that we read during Yom Kippur.
