Thanks to the stability in the number of coronavirus infections in our country, we have been able to carry out more face-to-face activities in our community center, always complying with biosecurity protocols. The last one was last Saturday, May 1st, when around 100 people -among children and adults- gathered at the congregation’s garage door to perform the first face-to-face Havdalah of the year and celebrate Lag Baomer.
The families welcomed the week with the incomparable voice of the chazanit Nurit, who was in charge of lighting the candles for the Havdalah ceremony.
Afterwards, the KSI Brotherhood, as usual, delighted the palates of our members with delicious hamburgers and hot dogs, prepared for the Lag Baomer celebration.
And, as usual on this holiday, we lit a bonfire that served to roast some delicious marshmallows. Here are some pictures of this fun activity:
