Last Tuesday, May 18, 2021, the fourth class of the mini-course Five questions about tefillah (prayer), co-led by Rabbi Gustavo and Morah Nurit, was held.
On this occasion, the class was oriented to answer the question: where do we pray? We talked about the different sacred places and places of worship throughout history; also about the role of the Mishkan (Tabernacle) after the Beit Hamikdash (Temple of Jerusalem), until the synagogue.
At this point, the particularities of the synagogue and the different internal designs it presents according to the variety of traditions were analyzed.
In the second part, Morah Nurit spoke about the structure of the Friday night prayer, both the Kabalat Shabbat and the Arvit prayer.
