Chef Rachel Pol shared with us dessert recipes for Pesach

Last Thursday, March 11, 2021, chef and KSI member Rachel Pol shared two delicious chametz-free recipes for us to enjoy during Pesach. They are the matzah tiramisu and the Dayenu roll-up .

The chef commented that potato starch is a good kosher option to replace flours and balance the strong flavor of matzah. She also shared that the tiramisu recipe that she made was  parve, without mascarpone or cream cheese.
