Last Wednesday, December 1, a group of members met in person to discuss the animated film An American Tale, framed in celebration of Chanukah.
During the meeting, the participants lit the fourth candle of the Chanukiah and recited the respective blessing. The group then proceeded to talk about the film while sharing delicious refreshments and, of course, the traditional sufganiot.
Synopsis of An American Tale:
Fleeing from the evil Russian cats, the little mouse Fievel emigrates with his family to the United States. When he gets lost in New York, he decides to look for his family.
The next film forum will be held virtually on Wednesday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m. It will be about the Lebanese film Capernaum.
