Haneshamah<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Choir<strong> was born in 2008<\/strong> under the leadership of our <\/span><strong><i>chazanit <\/i><\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nurit Meresman-Azoulay<\/strong>, who is their liturgical coordinator in charge of selecting the pieces to be sung. Its creation became a reality thanks to the contributions of the <strong>Fidanque Philanthropic Foundation<\/strong>, which year after year continues to support it. Initially, their main function was to participate in the services during the  <\/span><strong><i>Yamim Noraim<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  (Great Holidays). As time went by, however, he expanded his repertoire and ventured into all kinds of music, ancient and modern, in various languages: Hebrew, Spanish, English, Yiddish and Ladino.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7xemgiw elementor-section-content-top elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7xemgiw\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-background-overlay\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-no\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-eeba8e2\" data-id=\"eeba8e2\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b65f008 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b65f008\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The choir, <strong>under the direction of Professor Ulises Athanasiadis<\/strong> and with the accompaniment of organist Carlos Duarte, is not limited to synagogue activities, but also participates in community events in general. For example, on the occasion of the first anniversary of the Baha&#8217;i House of Worship choir, it participated in an interfaith choir meeting in which five religious groups took part.
